    "content": " Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady, I had consulted the Chairman on this matter and I thought my amendments are more inclusive. We are also seeking to add the Principal Secretary (PS) in charge of the National Treasury to the Board. Under the Bill, we are also creating the Coffee Fund. This was omitted in the original Bill. The Committee might also have overlooked the exclusion of the National Treasury in the Board yet there are financial issues in the Bill. Secondly, we also seek representation of small-scale coffee farmers, who are the majority. Because the government is taking almost half of the Board, we propose that small-scale coffee farmers also have some say in the Board."
