    "content": "On a point of order, Madam Temporary Speaker, is it in order for the distinguished Senate Majority Whip to continue using un-parliamentary language and talking about lying. That is not parliamentary language. Secondly, subsidies are not a Government gift. It is budgeted for, and when it is not put to proper use we have the right to question where the monies for subsidies have gone. This money is missing either because it has been misapplied, misappropriated or stolen."
