    "content": "I have always talked about how we tend to lament in the Senate. We are a House of lamentations and not solutions. When you bring a Motion of this nature where we just talk and go away, it is just lamentations. We are not better than somebody holding Bunge la Mwananchi. They are everywhere in the Republic. Whenever there is public participation in this House, you will find members of Bunge la Mwananchi. All over, even in my own county and ward, there is a Bunge la Mwananchi and I respect what they say. Yesterday I had such a session."
