    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, you cannot have a country in which the Deputy President in the Republic of Kenya, with that high Office and executive powers--- There are powers allocated to that office, that are outside the powers of the President. That Office has powers in the Intergovernmental Budget and Economic Council (IBEC). He is the only person under the law that is required to chair that Institution. However, for four years, you have just been talking about yourself. In fact, he is not even talking about how to make Kenya great. He is just supporting himself through out and how he needs to be President. It is like somebody talking about going to heaven without going to church. This should change. Madam Temporary Speaker, I am glad that the signs are there, written on the wall that, that particular individual will never be the President of the Republic of Kenya."
