    "content": "I request the Ministry of Petroleum and Mining to look for ways and means of storing fuel in plenty to cover such crisis. This was a crisis of a day or two and the whole country is crying. We should have ways and means of storing petroleum in large quantities that in a crisis or break out of war, we will have enough to sustain us for a while before people start crying, pointing fingers and calling names. I join the rest in saying that the President is not the cause of this crisis. The whole leadership of the nation should come together and look for ways and means of resolving the crisis. It is surprising that the DP can point a finger at the President alone. The Deputy President is part and parcel of this problem. They should look for ways of amicably solving this problem together. This is a good a Motion, but ways of solving the situation permanently must be looked for."
