    "content": "Hon. Members, that should suffice so that we go back to business. Many of you are walking out. They have forgotten the issue about the Supplementary. I am sure, many of you would applaud the fact that it has now been settled and it is now trite law; that what is contained in Article 255 of the Constitution with regard to which Articles may be amended in which way and what is contained in Articles 256 and 257 of the Constitution. It has been settled by the highest court on the land. Therefore, finding the basic structure principle is not universally acceptable and that it is only applied in a few jurisdictions is important."
