    "content": "As I move, the critical issues that are highlighted in the Supplementary Budget 1, is that we have put the Kshs4.9 billion that were in arrears for the National Government Constituencies Development Fund (NG-CDF). We have made the funds available and we will, with the conclusion of this debate and the assent of the Bill, definitely mean the funds should be disbursed to respective constituencies. I understand each constituency is supposed to get about Kshs12 million."
