    "content": "The amount that is being proposed in this Bill is the Kshs4.9 billion that is going to the NG-CDF. We are towards the end of our term and it is important that all the pledges made are achieved by all our colleagues notwithstanding those who will come back and those who will not. It is important that they fulfil what they pledged to the constituents and it is good that the amount is put in the Budget."
