    "content": "The other thing is that, it is a bit unfortunate that in this Appropriation Bill, we do not have money for the seeds and fertilisers for the farmers in western Kenya. The rains have delayed and we have a problem as far as farming is concerned because the prices of fertiliser are very high. I have not read this Bill in detail and I hope that there is some subsidy money for the farmers."
