    "content": "The other is defining political parties. It is within here in accord with what is defined in the Political Parties Act just for avoidance of doubt. I am very happy that when we were doing the Political Parties Act, we had opposition because people thought we were creating a coalition for one side of the House. In the event, we now have two coalitions running, namely, the Azimio Coalition on one hand and the Kenya Kwanza Alliance on the other side. So, the law we did has helped both sides of the divide to move forward. For them to actualise the benefits of moving forward, we need one final step, which is to allow or facilitate how either of the two alliances, plus several others that will form, to submit their nomination rules, which is provided in law, and is being provided in this new law."
