    "content": "We are happy today that the Supreme Court has spoken. All of us accept the decision of the Supreme Court. Let Kenyans move forward. What is important is that the Constitution can be amended and the process has been provided. Those issues have been addressed in terms of jurisprudential value and many others. Let us now focus on rebuilding Kenya and moving forward. There are lessons that have been learnt in terms of amendment of the Constitution. Madam Temporary Speaker, with those many remarks, allow me to second and call upon my colleagues to support this Bill for the betterment and improvement of our devolution.
