    "content": "The other thing that was suggested by Hon. Washiali is that we will have that institution. We have Technical Training Institutes (TTIs). I am setting one in Trans-Nzoia and I will have people coming in from all over. Once you offer this course, it will bring students from all over the country. We will be promoting the economic activities of the area. Therefore, we will have this course offered in one of the TTIs that are coming up in the country so that we can have graduates with qualifications in insurance."
