"content": "Mumias which neighbours Ugunja Constituency. Therefore, we are good neighbors. In fact, when he came to this House for the first time in 2007, he came on an ODM ticket. Thereafter of course, he went to the UDF and finally to some other party. but all the same, I wish him well in his future endeavours. I am sure even if he does not want to come back here, the good work he started can be carried forward by able Members who will be coming back like Hon. (Eng.) Nduati, Hon. Kimari, Hon. Tong’i, whom I saw here. A few of them I know will come, most likely. Therefore, this work will not go in vain."
