"content": "1. in the proposed amendments to the Pharmacy and Poisons Act, Cap. 244— b. by inserting the following new amendment immediately after the proposed amendment to Section 3− s.3B Insert the following new subsection immediately after subsection (3) − “(4) The Board shall perform its functions under subsection (2) in consultation with the Board of Management of the National Quality Control Laboratory.” The amendment seeks to ensure that the Pharmacy and Poisons Board shall perform its functions relating to the regulation of medicinal substance in consultation with the Board of Management of the National Quality Control Laboratory.
