Temporary Deputy Chair, I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended — in the proposed amendments to the Kenya Medical Laboratory Technicians and Technologists Act, No. 10 of 1999− by deleting the proposed amendment to section 2; This is a deletion. The Amendment in the Bill seeks to ensure that the Association of the Kenya Medical Laboratory Scientific Officers is retained as defined in the Act since there shall be a representative of the association to be included in the composition of the board.
