    "content": "This is deleting and substituting therefor with a New Section. This amendment introduces the qualification for one to be appointed as a Chairperson and also seeks to ensure that the board shall be compromised on persons with knowledge and expertise on matters related to medical laboratory profession. The amendment also seeks to include the Principal Secretary in charge of Health and Finance in the membership in compliance with provisions of Section 6(1) in the State Corporation Act and also seeks to include the Director General for Health in the board for purposes of technical knowledge and expertise.
