    "content": "only last week when this House passed an important Motion on the National Land Policy. One of the issues in that Policy was to address some of the historical injustices that this Government has continued to promote. The Assistant Minister should agree that some historical injustice has been done to the people of Kakutha. The right procedures should have been followed and those people compensated. The Assistant Minister has said that they will supply water to those people. Can the supply of water, which is a human right be equated to compensation?"
