    "content": "8. in the proposed amendments to the Nutritionists and Dieticians Act, No.18 of 2007- c. in the proposed amendment to the First Schedule, by deleting the words “two-thirds” and substituting therefor the word “five”. The word will be “five”, not “seven” because the quorum will be nine—the whole Council will be nine. So, I further amend from “seven” to “five”. We will delete the words “two-thirds” and substitute thereof the word “five”, not “seven”."
