    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, as you know the Government has many Ministries. We have the Ministry of Water and Irrigation, the Ministry of Livestock Development and others. Now that this matter falls under the Ministry of Lands, all that we can do is to offer assistance to the Member of Parliament so that he can pursue it through that Ministry. I believe that those families have a case and should be compensated."
