    "content": " Thank you, Hon. Temporary Deputy Chairlady. I beg to move: THAT, the Schedule to the Bill be amended— b. by deleting the proposed amendment to section 4 and inserting the following new amendment− S.4 Delete and substitute therefore the following new section— Composition of the Council. 4. (1) The Council shall consist of− (a) a non-executive chairperson appointed by the President and who shall─ (i) be a registered clinical officer of good standing; and, (ii) have, at least, ten years’ experience, five of which shall be at managerial level; (b) the Principal Secretary in the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to health, or a representative appointed in writing; (c) the Principal Secretary in the Ministry for the time being responsible for matters relating to finance, or a representative appointed in writing; The electronic version of the Official Hansard Report is for information purposesonly.
