    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, for two sessions, we have been debating about the County Governments Grants Bill. I would like to report to the House that we have had discussions since morning and we agreed to lobby. I was with the leadership of the House. We met the leadership of the other House and the Chairman concerned regarding the matters we are deliberating. It is on record that it was unanimously agreed and communicated that the mediation team will meet tomorrow at 10.00 a.m. We agreed that it will be an annual Bill. The two Clerks have already started making the necessary arrangements for a meeting tomorrow. I want to clarify to the House that we have it on record that we will have a report on the County Governments Grants Bill tomorrow afternoon conforming to what we proposed in the Bill."
