    "content": "We will realise that even by tomorrow, the decision of the Supreme Court on Building Bridges Initiative (BBI) will have come out. We will realise that all these people who used to preach about BBI and tell us 35 per cent never believed in it because they brought us another Kshs370 billion. Be it as it may, let us at least take something, let us take this Grants Bill tomorrow. Let us be serious."
