    "content": " Mr. Speaker, Sir, I rise pursuant to Standing Order No.47(1) to make a Statement on an issue of general topical concern namely; the 12th Ordinary Session of the Plenary Assembly of the Forum of Parliaments of the International Conference of Great Lakes Region to be held from 2nd to 6th April, 2022, in Nairobi, Kenya. Mr. Speaker, Sir, as you are aware, the Forum of Parliaments of Member States of the International Conference of the Great Lakes Region (FP-ICGLR) is an inter- parliamentary organization of 12 parliaments of member states of the International Conference of the Great Lakes Region namely; the Republic of Angola, the Republic of Burundi, the Central African Republic, the Republic of Congo, the Democratic Republic of the Congo, the Republic of Kenya, the Republic of Rwanda, the Republic of Sudan, the Republic of South Sudan, the United Republic of Tanzania, the Republic of Uganda, and the Republic of Zambia."
