    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, this is a very straightforward amendment. I have noted issues that Sen. Wambua raised on public space and whether the phone should be part of the public space and the right to privacy. Before we vote on the Bill, during the Committee of the Whole, I believe we will have an opportunity to make amendments. I agree with Sen. Wambua and all of us that our offices or workplaces have changed into phones. Phones have become virtual offices."
