    "content": "Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with you that we must endeavour to be in the House and represent our people because we also have a mandate to conduct legislative business in as much as we represent our people. They also want to be represented in the House, so that the salient features across Petitions, Statements and others are executed. That is part of our role as Senators. That is why we are being paid to represent our people in the Senate. We are also required to be on the ground to find out the gaps that are there, so that we can address them. When it comes to Bills, our people cannot come to the House to pass them. We are the ones to do that. Mr. Speaker, Sir, I agree with you. It is a comment that is well meaning for purposes of ensuring that the legislative processes go on effectively. I support."
