Jacob L’Okori Oulanyah, MP, Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Uganda. The Hon. Speaker passed on, on Sunday 20th March, 2022, while undergoing treatment in Seattle, USA. The Speaker, Hon. Jacob Oulanyah was a Ugandan agricultural economist, lawyer and politician. On 24th May, 2021, the late Hon. Jacob Oulanyah was elected Speaker in Uganda’s 11thParliament for the session 2021 to 2025. May I allow Sen. Madzayo to come in."
