    "content": "For those who are coming back to the Senate, this war is not over. Let us do what we must do now with these conditional grants and the division of revenue. Sen. Wambua will probably be the leader followed by Sen. Olekina and Sen. Ndwiga. They will be over sighting us as governors Inshallah, God willing, if you go that direction. Please help us free this country from those who are still holding a centralised Government mentality; the mandarins in the National Treasury and State House. I hope and pray that we will get a President who properly believes in devolution; proper devolution."
