    "content": "I am grateful for the comments made by Sen. Khaniri. I would like to clarify on the requirements of a political party that does not have any candidates in the election. What I meant is that a political party that does not intend to have candidates for a particular general election need not make reports under this Section. There are those reports which are required by this amendment to be submitted on a quarterly basis. Section 27(a) of the proposed amendment says-"
