    "content": "For example, with the kind of capacity to collect revenue in Nairobi and Mombasa, why would they still depend on the national Government for money to perform their functions? People are talking about price increases, especially for petroleum products. Yesterday, I heard one of us complaining about the increase in price having been brought because of the “handshake”. We all know that there is a crisis in Russia, which is one of the highest oil producing countries in the world. As you are aware, the cost of fuel contributes to the cost of almost everything else. As we struggle to get voters to support us, let us not deceive people of this country because they are educated and are intelligent too."
