    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, three weeks ago, I sought a Ministerial Statement from the Deputy Prime Minister and Minister for Finance regarding some accounts of the Kenya Government that had ostensibly been frozen through a court order in London. There has been no word from the Ministry. I do not know what I am expected to do and yet the matter was an urgent one. It was in the national interest, but I have received no response."
