    "content": "We keep talking about the youth being an integral part of the economy of this country. Unless we support by allocating money to allow the youth in this country to develop, then we will be failing in our work. I know this is a tough period where everyone is fighting to be re-elected but I hope that our colleagues will not forget that unless we pass the Division of Revenue Bill, there is no way our counties will get the money. Even the next Government, which is expected to take over in the next financial year, will not be able to perform its duties. I call upon my colleagues to come and contribute to this important Bill, so that we can get an opportunity to do the County Allocation of Revenue Bill to ensure that services are rendered to our people in the counties."
