    "content": "Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, you are right. In fact, that is why I said that I support the Motion. I am, however, putting some reservations. The way climate change education is currently structured, has failed to bring a certain angle. The burden of the entire climate change by mitigation endeavor. That is my thesis. I am saying, yes, please continue. It is a very good Motion, but put a critical appraisal of the entire current climate change endeavour. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I support the Motion. I did not say that I am opposing it. I am, however, saying that there is a voice that is never heard in the entire debate about climate change. The voice is the cost that those westerners have caused on Africans. The cost that they have refused to pay us, so that we do not bear the greatest burden of climate change mitigation."
