Kenya signed the international agreement that PwDs will access everywhere. When it comes to parking lots, you will find here in town, PwDs lacks parking space. Even the few parking lots designated for PwDs, you find other people using them. This Bill will bring to a stop such issues, so that if someone does such an act, then there should be a sanctioning for such people. City Askaris should be sanctioned for allowing someone with disability not to have a parking space. They should empathize with PwDs. Some eateries and in some public spaces, you will find that there are no lavatories for PwDs and when you ask you will be told that they do not have .You get stranded. If you have your money, you are paying to eat something there, but when it comes to a primary need of going to the toilet, they do not have toilets. I support this Bill. I second it and hope my fellow Senators will also support it, so that it sees light at the end of the tunnel. Mr. Temporary Speaker, Sir, I second."
