Member is a lawyer and knows that the Police, Act Cap. 28, says clearly that if the police feel that there is justified need for using firearms in order to restore sanity, they can go ahead. I would further urge my colleague that his people should not allow goons to take over public roads or their administration. It is important to educate our people that if there is any problem they should report it to the Provincial Administration officers or to the police. They should not take the law into their own hands."
