    "content": "The reason I rise on a point of order is that I have heard allegations about persons sitting in the Central Organization of Trade Unions (COTU) and signing Collective Bargaining Agreements (CBAs) on behalf of workers. I do not know where that information comes from. That kind of information should be coming from the Executive rather than from fellow Senators."
