I was happy when the Chair of the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare concluded by saying that the matter is going to the Committee on Agriculture, Livestock and Fisheries. If it was the Committee on Labour and Social Welfare, then he was completely out of order because he spoke as the Cabinet Secretary for Labour and Social Protection. He had a lot of facts and responded as if he sits in that office."
