    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. I thank Sen. (Dr.) Mwaura for the issues he has raised. Two issues stick out. One, we have constructions that are going on all over the nation on very important roads that we use regularly. On the Kisumu-Kakamega Road, when you pass a place called Kondele as you approach Sen. Cherargei’s road, contractors have been on that site for long. That road has not been used by anybody, the contractors are there; I wonder what they are doing. They have been occupying the road more than constructing it. When you leave that road to Homa Bay County, there is a place called Ahero. There is something that looks like a designed flyover that goes to Homa Bay eventually leading to Migori County. Whoever was given the contract is doing nothing, but just stationed there?"
