    "content": "Madam Temporary Speaker, my point of order is with regard in the way we are processing our Bills of late. Last week but one, this House considered the Elections (Amendment) Bill that was sponsored by Sen. Murkomen. The Bill was processed by the Committee on Justice, Legal Affairs and Human Rights and it tendered its report on the Floor of the House. I had written a letter to the Speaker of the Senate, drawing his attention to the fact that I was out of the country and the Committee needed more time to bring our report to the Floor and sponsor some amendments on that Bill."
