    "content": "Above all, we must uphold the rights of women parliamentarians at all costs as enshrined in the Bill of Rights in Chapter 4 of our Constitution and develop policies that entrench zero tolerance to violence, sexism and harassment within Parliament. We must inculcate a sense of responsibility among men and sensitize them to become the defenders of women’s rights in Parliament. More than ever, we must transform our parliaments into safe spaces where both women and men parliamentarians can comfortably carry out their legislative, oversight and representative mandates.
