    "content": "Mr. Temporary Deputy Speaker, Sir, you know that herbal medicine is more effective than the generic modern medicine that we use. The herbal medicine has very little side effects, unless one does not use it well. This could also be as a result of being treated by quacks. I thank Eng. Gumbo for bringing up this Motion. When we pass this Motion and he brings a Bill to this House, we need to come up with a legal framework so that not everybody who is poor--- Somebody could just wake up one morning and go to the bush to bring some herbs which he or she would claim that they can cure a disease. We need a legal framework in place so that those who claim that they have medicine to treat certain ailments are put to task to prove to us. We have a research centre which can test that kind of medicine and prove to us that it is effective."
