    "content": " It is also good to have a regulatory framework, so that we stop those who prescribe from being harassed by the authorities, especially the Chiefs and the Assistant Chiefs. So, there is need to control, regulate and monitor this practice. It is also good to check on the hygiene standards. On responsibility, it is good that they be answerable to a certain Government department. There is also need to instill some code of ethics in the practice. With those few remarks, I beg to support.
