    "content": "I believe that more than half of the 900,000 elderly people are those who can take care of themselves. Some of them are living on pension, others may be people who invested and are now enjoying their lives at the age of 70 years and above. That means that the number of elderly people who can be classified as destitute is not so much. It could stand at half a million people or less."
