    "content": "It is extremely inhumane that a county government that has a budget can decide to destroy the future of those young people. What is happening is that they are destroying the future of those children. At that young age is where someone’s destiny is shaped, including how they think. If the teachers are demoralized, there is no way they can give 100 per cent to those children."
