We need to look at how we are going to maximize on this sort of agreement, where we can do business with our neighbours and partners, and make sure we make Africa more competitive on the global stage because we can do it together. One of the things that come to the fore, when I was just reading through the Africa Trade Agreement, is how we need to empower our citizens through education."
