    "content": "I support the proposed ‘Baba Care,’ which I know will be in place come September of this year after the General Elections. This ‘Baba Care’ will go a long way. It will enhance the figure from Kshs2000 to Kshs6000. Many people have been arguing about this figure, but I believe that figures do not lie and for any leader of Baba’s caliber to come up with such a figure, he must have done a lot of research. This is somebody who has been in Government and he knows that money can be made available to take care of the elderly. I thank all the Members who have contributed to this Motion. It is a timely Motion and we want to push it to the very end so that county governments become part and parcel of it. I thank you. I beg to reply."
