    "content": "agree on how much should be paid, but not referring to the Tribunal for them to determine and take a sample of the area and force you, the landlord, who instead of putting a tile that costs Kshs300 per square metre, put one that cost about Kshs10,000 per square metre, but you are forced to charge what a neighbour who used a tiles that cost Kshs300 is charging. I do not think that is fair to either the landlord or the tenant. I will be seeking an amendment. I hope the Senate Majority Leader will look into that and consider making those changes."
