    "content": "It is important that the Senate and the National Assembly, dabbed “Parliament”, come up with a long-lasting solution to minimize this friction. If you go to court and tribunals, you will find that they are clogged by frequent disputes arising from such relationships. Therefore, this Bill is timely. I hope that when it is fully implemented, we will unclog the Judiciary and the tribunals with disputes that would have otherwise been unnecessary."
