    "content": "Thank you, Madam Temporary Speaker. On my own behalf and on behalf of the great people of Nandi, I take this opportunity to pass our deepest condolences to the family of the late Sen. (Dr.) Machage, the former High Commissioner to Nigeria and also the Senator to the great people of Migori. Looking at his history, having been a medic as well as a champion of minority rights groups, the minority groups have lost a champion in this Republic. I read his history and learnt that he has a twin brother who used to be an Ambassador to Russia. Our condolences to the family, the great people of Migori and to the medical practitioners. Sen.
