    "content": "These young people with certificates and diplomas form the majority of post-secondary education students and they need to be supported. It is shocking that our students of engineering technologies have finished their studies in diploma and certificates and are still hanging out there because they cannot get jobs for lack of certification and the requirements that they need for them to be able to secure a job."
