Our young people who are post-secondary school education doing their diplomas and certificates need to be supported. This is because they are a large population of post- secondary school education students. Before I sit down, I invite the good Senator of Nairobi City County. If at all he wants to join us here to caucus, he does not have to be worried or anything like that. He is welcome to join us."
